Username and Password security is implemented to ensure your data can only be accessed by authorised members of the project team. People can be added or removed from the team at any time.

For Document and Process Management:

While sharing of Documents in electronic format is desirable, this is not always practical. More important than the availability of the documents is the information about what is the appropriate revision of the document for particular users. ProjectCentre manages a workflow process, allowing documents to follow a predefined Issue and Approval Process.

For Information Management:

ProjectCentre maintains an audit trail of who has had access to what information and when they received the information. The ProjectCentre Notification Registers and Hotlists makes it easy for users to track who has responded to the information they have issued. This improves the communication and accountability for all users on the project.

To provide Integration with external systems on the project:

Users utilize a combination of Collaborative systems where all participants need to retrieve information from the central ProjectCentre Server, and In-house systems such as Contract Management and Project Accounting systems which are non Collaborative. Collaborative items such as Claims and Variations may be negotiated through the ProjectCentre Correspondence module. The relevant information can be automatically exported from ProjectCentre to update each users individual internal systems.

Users require nothing more than an Internet Connection, an Internet Browser and a ProjectCentre login to access their relevant ProjectCentre information.
