Sales Executive

Increasing customer demand and sustained sales growth has created the position of a LOS ANGELES based sales executive to capture the significant opportunity we have in front of us.

The person we seek is a professional sales executive with high level experience in selling solutions not products. Our technology dictates a solution selling approach which requires high levels of energy, and an ability to drive the entire sales process forward to closure.

An ability to connect and develop multi-level relationships at the customer interface is paramount to your success, as are strong sales, negotiation and commercial skills.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Consistently promote and develop new business opportunities.
- Driving these opportunities to a successful closure.
- Manage and grow our existing business, ensuring growth within our current client base.
- With senior management develop strategic sales plans which ensure you will meet or exceed the agreed sales budgets.
- Acquire a detailed knowledge of the ProjectCentre suite and possess the ability to professionally demonstrate these offerings at all levels.
- Work closely with marketing, service, and technical support teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows. Occasional local and international travel may be required.

The successful candidate will:

- Have a strong track record in sales - with a proven history of meeting and achieving budgets.
- Be highly motivated, well organised, disciplined and self managed.
- Be an excellent communicator and strong listener, possessing outstanding relationship building skills.
- Whilst not a pre-requisite - Experience in the architecture, construction or CAD / plan printing industries will be favourably considered.
