Our project delivery team’s experience cover Design Consulting, QS, Client Representative and Senior roles within the construction industry. Our expertise allows us to design and develop software leading the industry in improved project management. We deliver our web-based systems to our clients in the form of change management practices, so they maintain industry best practice.
ProjectCentre offers professional consultants to train and facilitate implementation. A Client Service Executive will be assigned to each project. ProjectCentre has a comprehensive implementation program which brings the project team together and identifies the specific requirements for each individual project. Our consultants will work to identify all issues associated with working in a collaborative environment. They will work with a Project Administrator to configure the system to the project’s unique requirements. Our consultants conduct training and provide continuous support throughout the life of the project.
Support Help Desk
ProjectCentre maintains a 24 hour support desk, 7 days a week. Our Support Desk is manned by ProjectCentre Employees only; we do not believe in paging services or call centres. ProjectCentre is dedicated to providing knowledgeable and experienced staff who have undergone thorough training and work closely with the IT developers and our consultants to provide real solutions for our clients. Our office in Auckland, New Zealand manages this function globally to follow the sun. If you are awake, we are awake and ready to assist.
ProjectCentre uses customer feedback to develop new features and functionality to enhance our system. ProjectCentre is continuously developing. As a new version becomes available, release notes are provided to all Project Administrators.
