In April 2010, ProjectCentre conducted a satisfaction survey among our CA customers to evaluate recent improvements in the module which streamlined our claims process.  Key feedback from our survey indicated that users believe the ProjectCentre New Claims Process is even more efficient than before and provides significant time savings to their workload.
